We utilize the same eco-friendly cleaning products that RamPro Clean uses in hospitals and commercial kitchens. All of our technicians receive initial training focused on commercial kitchens, along with additional training tailored specifically for serving RamPro Home customers.

At Rampro Home, we prioritize your peace of mind by rigorously selecting only the most qualified and trustworthy professionals. Each employee undergoes comprehensive screening and training prior to entering your home. Our team is fully bonded, insured, and covered by workers’ compensation insurance, ensuring that you are not liable for any medical expenses should an injury occur while they are performing their duties. It’s important to note that many homeowners may be unaware of their potential personal liability for work-related injuries when hiring individuals or companies lacking proper insurance. Yes, either you or someone over 21 who is authorized to receive our technicians will need to be present. After the service is completed, our technicians will walk you or the designated individual through their work and request a signature

Pets are not an issue for us! However, we do need to know if you have any pets and would appreciate having their names. While we love animals, our teams are instructed not to enter a home if they feel an animal could pose a threat. Please keep in mind that pets may behave differently when a family member isn’t around.

Yes, we use eco-friendly products to complete all of our cleaning services for residential services.

The National Fire Protection Association recommends that residential cooking systems be cleaned once a year or based on food production volume which could require more or less cleanings.

We recommend at least one extinguisher be located in the kitchen area. But we suggest extinguishers be positioned in close proximity to areas around your home that are at any risk of fire.

Every home should have a professional cleaning of their appliances 1 to 2 times a year, depending on usage. During the service, our technicians will disassemble components of your appliance to access areas that collect carbon and grease. After the cleaning, the technician will test the appliance to ensure its functioning properly. Check out our Services Page for more information.

No problem! We charge $199.99 for the service. If our technicians find that the vent dryers are longer than what’s included, they will provide an estimate before completing the service and will proceed only after your approval.

Yes, we offer power washing services for your garage and driveway. Please ensure that all items are removed from your garage and that vehicles are moved out of both the garage and driveway prior to the service. We only require that the areas that we are servicing are clear of any personal items. We cover all work areas with plastic sheet wrapping to make sure your surfaces are protected. For exterior pressure washing service, please move all the furniture. For a $80 flat fee, our technicians can move furniture for less than 40Lbs.

The “window of arrival” refers to the timeframe within which our technicians are scheduled to arrive for your appointment. For us, this window is set at 1 hour. This means that if your appointment is scheduled for a specific time, you can expect our technician to arrive anytime within 1 hour before or after that scheduled time. Most of our technicians handle multiple service calls each day. This flexibility helps us manage unexpected situations while still delivering timely service.

We will connect to your on-site water spigot or well for our services. This method is straightforward and cost-effective, as it eliminates the need for us to transport water to your location, simplifying the process and reducing costs.

For cash and checks, they are due the same day after the service is completed and credit card payments are due within 15 days. If our Team identifies any additional costs during their inspection, they will seek your authorization before proceeding. Once approved, they will complete the necessary service and inform our Billing Team to include the additional charges on your invoice.
